The Polish gas company PGNiG responded to Gazprom’s claim for a retroactive price revision from 2017 and the counterclaim requires a price reduction, a correspondent reports. DOPs with a link to the official website of the Polish company.

According to PGNiG, if the Arbitration Court recognized the admissibility of price changes under the contract, the company filed a counterclaim for a price reduction based on PGNiG’s request dated November 1, 2017.

“In addition, the company filed a counterclaim to reduce the price of the contract from November 1, 2021,” PGNiG informed.
